 We believe Bedico Creek homeowners should have access to accurate information and be able to review the issues for themselves.

This page provides correspondence from the Bedico Creek Preserve Property Owners Association concerning the Bedico Creek Independence Association and our efforts to transition Bedico Creek to homeowner governance, along with our responses to those communications.

Rather than asking homeowners to rely on summaries or secondhand information, we are providing the actual communications and responses so that residents can read them for themselves, understand both positions, and make their own informed decisions.
