Bedico Creek Independence Association Inc. is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization founded by a group of Bedico Creek homeowners who came together with a shared concern for the future of our community.

The Association was organized and initially funded by these homeowners using their own money because we believe Bedico Creek residents deserve a meaningful voice in how our community is governed. Our mission is to protect the interests of Bedico Creek residents by working to end developer control of the POA and establish fair, transparent, and equitable community governance that serves the homeowners of Bedico Creek.

To ensure our efforts are guided by a proper understanding of the law, the Association has retained an attorney to provide legal guidance and representation as we evaluate homeowners' rights, obtain and review important records, and pursue the appropriate legal avenues available to accomplish our mission.

This effort cannot succeed through the work of only a few homeowners. It will take the involvement and support of residents throughout Bedico Creek.

We encourage homeowners who share these goals to join us, stay informed, attend meetings, ask questions, and participate in our efforts. Our goal is to provide homeowners with accurate information and create an organized voice capable of effectively representing the interests of our community.

The Association was started with personal contributions from the homeowners who organized this effort. As our work moves forward, we will need the support of other Bedico Creek homeowners who believe in our mission and would like to help.

Homeowners who wish to support the effort may make voluntary contributions to the Association. These contributions will help cover the expenses necessary to pursue our mission, particularly attorney fees and other legal, administrative, organizational, and community outreach expenses.

Every homeowner can help—whether by attending meetings, staying informed, volunteering, sharing information with neighbors, or contributing financially.

Our goal is simple: to bring Bedico Creek homeowners together and give our community a strong, organized, informed, and independent voice in determining its future.

We believe the people who live in Bedico Creek, invest in their homes, raise their families here, and support this community should have a meaningful voice in how their community is governed.
