SEPTEMBER 23rd HOMEOWNERS MEETING was a great success!
On September 23, 2026, Attorney Justin B. Schmidt met with a large crowd of concerned Bedico Creek homeowners to discuss their legal rights and the options available for ending developer control and transitioning to a true homeowner-governed HOA.

Once your account is created, the final step before access is granted will be verification that you are a Bedico Creek homeowner. This helps ensure that information intended for our residents remains within our community.
The Members Area will also provide full transparency regarding the Bedico Creek Independence Association, including donations received, expenses, financial and bank account information, organizational updates, information about upcoming meetings, important documents and communications, and other information relevant to Bedico Creek homeowners. Our goal is to keep residents informed every step of the way.
